Dr. Tamer Degheidy,
MD, FABRM

Dr. Degheidy is a serial entrepreneur who has set up more than 20 businesses across the world. On a professional level, he is a consultant of internal medicine, a fellow of the American Board of Regenerative Medicine and an expert in Functional and Precision Medicine. Dr. Degheidy has taken upon himself the mission of making Precision Health and Wellness a reality for healthy and challenged individuals and has devoted his professional career to creating an integrated system of care that incorporates a personalized understanding of his patients’ Omics to address their health and wellness concerns and challenges. Dr. Degheidy’s research team have developed unique diagnostic tests to help realize his vision. His team includes geneticists, bioinformaticians, clinicians and allied health professionals. Together, they have published works in independent journals and continue to work on various cases studies. Dr. Degheidy is an international public speaker and independently teaches on his areas of expertise and knowledge.

Maizzy Maniago brings over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, having guided hundreds of individuals on their journey toward a healthier, more active lifestyle. Deeply passionate about empowering others, she is dedicated to helping people achieve their personal goals—whether in fitness, health, or overall well-being.
An internationally certified Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer, Maizzy has a solid foundation in anatomy, physiology, and exercise science. Her approach is grounded in the belief that quality movement and consistent exercise are essential not only for peak performance but for longevity and a higher quality of life.
Maizzy has successfully designed and led dynamic group programs across various communities in Dubai. These programs blend cardio, strength training, and flexibility work to meet the diverse needs of participants, fostering a strong sense of connection and motivation.
Committed to lifelong learning, Maizzy continuously expands her knowledge in health and fitness to better serve and inspire others. Her mission is to help millions live longer, move better, and thrive through purposeful movement.
