Booking Policy – Precision Wellness

At Precision Wellness, we’re committed to providing an exceptional experience for every client. To ensure smooth operations and availability for all, please review our Booking Policy below.
Appointment Confirmations
- You will receive automated reminders via WhatsApp, phone call, and/or email the day before your session.
- You must confirm your appointment to secure your slot.
- Unconfirmed appointments may be automatically cancelled after repeated missed confirmations.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- You can cancel or reschedule your booking without penalty if done at least 4 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment are subject to a 30% late cancellation fee.
- No-shows or repeated late cancellations will require a 50% advance deposit for all future bookings.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and subject to the above fees.
Credit Deduction
- Sessions are booked using prepaid therapy credits.
- A missed session (no-show or late cancellation) will result in partial or full deduction of credits, based on service booked and applicable penalties.
- Credits are non-transferable
- Credits have a validity period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
Home Visits
- If you’ve booked a home service, please ensure availability during the confirmed slot. Missed home service appointments are subject to full charges unless proper notice is given (4+ hours prior).
Refund Policy
- Credits are non-refundable once used for booking a session, unless the session is cancelled with sufficient notice (4+ hours).
