With over five years of hands-on experience in advanced musculoskeletal rehabilitation, she brings expertise across orthopaedics, sports injury rehabilitation, women’s health, and manual therapy. Silvana holds advanced certifica-tions in Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, and Kinesio Taping, which complement her holistic approach to healing. Currently practicing at the intersection of physiotherapy and wellness, she designs individualized rehabilitation programs that integrate evidence-based methods with the restorative principles of Pilates. Her practice emphasizes functional recovery, movement quality, and long-term resilience, offering an elevated standard of care that merges clinical expertise with a refined wellness experience—empowering clients to achieve bal-ance, vitality, and sustainable physical health.
